February 1 – 21:

Weekday: 1pm – 130pm CST sessions

  • Lifestyle Assessment – goals, water, nutrition, supplements
  • Physical Health – stretching, gender, 50+, preventative
  • Emotional Health – stress management, community
  • Mental Health – sleep, breathing, boundaries
  • Spiritual Health – grounding

Saturday: 10am – 11am CST – “Virtual Family Meal” (we cook together)

  • Banana Pancakes
  • One-skillet Stir-Fry
  • Sweet Potato Chili

Sunday: 10am – 11am CST – 45-min workout
